Moon Over Madness
This song about a vampire's love for a mortal woman, written and sung on the "Yonder Tree" album by Gino Vannelli, was performed by Bruno Pelletier at two concerts in the Pop series with Simon Leclerc conducting the Montreal Symphony Orchestra in February 2002. Gino's version is available and, though I have found a couple of other songs Bruno performed at these concerts (Bohemian Rhapsody and It's Not Unusual), I have yet to find Bruno's version of Moon Over Madness. It's gotta exist out there somewhere if someone recorded the other two, so I hope you will all help me find it. Bruno performed it so beautifully that he had the audience swooning. I've always kind of thought this song rather inspired him to do "Dracula".
